We would like to remind you to pay your monthly subscription which is already due. The amount for 6 months is RM300. Please do pay your Street Leaders as soon as possible. Payment by cheque can be made out to "Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/3, Subang Jaya, Selangor". Please put in the name in full to comply with the requirements of the ROC.
There have been some delays in our CCTV installation plan as we are still in the final evaluations of the system. We wanted to be sure that whatever we spend on CCTV, we try to get the best possible system that can withstand the punishment. The final system has been selected and we should proceed with the installation soon.
Yesterday there was an article in the Star that reported that a straight A student lost her life to a snatch thief. Such things still happens and therefore we should be always conscious of our vulnerability and not take our safety for granted.
Hence, it is important that we, as responsible residents, start to pay up as soon as possible so as not to disrupt our security services in our neighbourhood, in the name of our safety and the safety of our families.

It seem that snatch thieves are getting bolder by the days. I read in the paper that OCPD is not spared either and sad case, a bright student has to end her life in this unfortunate manner. Just imaging if she is our daughter, my heart goes out to the family in this moment of grief.
Please do not take for granted of our family security and think that since it did not happen to our family so why bother to have security measures, once this happens to you, your life will change forever.
I thank the committee for their outstanding work in the gated and guarded scheme and was informed that some other sections are emulating us. Shabas to all of you.
I urged the resident to support the security system...if your immediate neighbor has not been a member, please go encourage them to be one. i think this is only fair.

When l driving around USJ 11/3 , I can see there still some people house without TREE LOGO . I would like to urge all the resident to support the security system .l mean 100% of resident ..if your immediate neighbor has not been a member, please go encourage them to be one. let's be a team . if those still doubt , please see commitee team .

For the past one year,our usj 11/3 has been a peaceful area and crime-free zone,THANKS to the committee members of eleventrees and also not forgetting the residents of eleventrees whom have given their support to our GnG programme.So, it is clearly that the `plant'that we planted is fruiting.To our neighbours who are not members yet, don't be doubtful anymore, COME AND JOIN US.
