Our "Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/3 Subang Jaya, Selangor" will be having its first Annual General Meeting this coming Saturday, 21 March 2009.

Time: 9:30 am (Registration)

Program;

10:00 am Opening Speech by Mr. Ng Peng Hin, Chairman, Pro-tem Committee
10:15 am Official Opening by Encik Ismail Kamal, Councillor for our zone
10:30 am Light Refreshment
11:00 am Meeting commences

Agenda:

Review of Financials/Accounts
Update on all activities
Dissolution of the Pro-tem Committee
Fresh Election of all Office Bearers

Please remember to fill in your membership forms for submission and for our records. If you are keen to be in the committee or hold any of the post, please make sure you attend the meeting. This is a chance for you to serve the residents rather than giving us criticism on how best to run the operations, etc. Otherwise, please leave it to the elected representative to do their job. After all, that is the reason why we have the elections.
