Last Saturday, there was a group of residents who joined the committee and the police on a joint patrol.
The residents and some of the Committee members assembled at the playground at about 9 p.m. They were later joined by 2 plain cloth police officer on unmarked motorcycle.
The group started the patrol from 3A and gradually made their way through the other streets in the neighbourhood. It ended at the main gate, that is, at Gate 4. A lone motorcyclist without helmet was stopped and checked by the two accompanying police.
Overall, it was a success and more such patrols will be organised in the future. All residents who are keen on this joint patrol - please do come and join us. It will be carried out every first and third Saturday of every month.
Do join us in making our neighbourhood safe.

My family and i would like to extend our gratitude, appreciation and thanks to all the committee members of 11 TREES on their commitment, dedication and hardwork for making the G&G plan and fencing project a success in our 11/3 kampung. My friends from other area really envy our neighbourhood and gave words of praises to our committee members and they wish this can be done in their area too.
The brutal triple murder during robbery reported in the STAR today really makes my hair stands.(WONDERING WHY THESE NEWS STILL DON'T OPEN UP THE EYES AND HEARTS OF THE OPPOSITIONS?)
I can leave my house and sleep at night with lesser worries now.THANK YOU!THANK YOU!THANK YOU!

Dear Residents of 11 TREES,
I have been residing here for the past 13 years. Just want to share with all of you the event of my house being intruded yesterday.
I have shifted to a renovated house a few doors away recently. Last evening, as usual, i went over to my previous house to parked my car, I unlocked the mild steel sliding door and the timber panel main door behind before switching on my garden light for me to water the plants. As i was half way through, i heard noise from above my neighbour house (who has been renovating the house for the past 5 years,it has also become a construction materials store for his renovation company). I was surprised to see my master bedroom light was on. I went up there to check/see, to my surprise, the fan, the exhaust fan and the down light were switched on. I went over to the next room to check/see, the ceiling manhole was not properly close back. As i was on my way to the USJ 8 police station, i realised that i never lock my timber panel main door during the day time, i only locked the mild steel sliding door and leaving the timber door half open to allow fresh air to flow inside during the day time. The police patrol car deligently came over in no time, they manage to question the 2 foreign workers ( apparently they were sent over by their employer yesterday) living in the 'renovation' house. This is the very first time our house has been intruded. Just imagine what would happened to me if the intruders were still inside the house while i went in to switch on the garden light? We are not against anybody conducting legitimate business in our community as long as it does not affect others. We hope the employer of the 2 foreign workers will ensure that. We also hope that the employer (who is influencial with certain personnel in the office of the local authority) will complete the house very soon as it has caused numerous problems(to health, safety, security, unsighty, and ...) for those people who stay adjacent , stay across and stay behind the 'renovation' house. How would he feel with the rodents running at the back, at the front, and at the attic of his house all this years. Please touch your heart and ask yourself if you were in our shoes for the past 5 years.
