Dear Residents,
The burglars are still at it - this time another case reported in USJ 11/3N. It happened sometime around 12:30pm when no one was home. We should not let our guard down. Our area USJ 11/3 is still 'under attack' and we should be always be on the alert.

There was another case reported around 2:30 pm bringing the total cases to two yesterday. There were also 2 foreigners who looked like Middle Eastern loitering around that area, ringing the door bell and asking for 'piano teachers'. If you see any such characters, please call the police or alert our guards. This spate of burglary is not over yet. In the meantime, we have started to issue stickers to non-paying residents. Once that is done, more stringent checks will be carried out. If you do not want to be inconvenient, kindly paste the stickers (paid for by your other contributing neighbours) onto your car windscreens.
For Kindergarten operators and Tuition centres, we will be insisting on them getting passes for their client's cars in order for them to come into our area inhibited. These are necesaary measures in the wake of what is currently happening in our area.

Please advise how to paste an "invisible sticker" on car windscreens unless the "real" sticker is distributing

Firstly, your comment seem to suggest that we 'owe' you the stickers.
Second, your sarcasm is really uncalled for.
Yes, we have indeed stated in the blog on the things we wanted to do and yes, there are some slip ups on the timing due to many situations. BTW, it will also be good for you to know the Committee members are all WORKING people. It is not like we are all doing this full time.
While we are extending this facility to you as the resident here, free of charge and now using the money from your neighbours to pay the stickers for you, the least you could do is to show some appreciation and understanding.
Now, since you did not get the 'invisible' stickers, did you bother to call on your street leaders or any of the committee members for the stickers?? Instead of whinging, why not help us to help yourself. We have already gone that extra mile. Why don't you do the same?

To some of those residents who do not pay the security fee. Please, have a heart for the innocent and hard working guards at the gates, slow down your vehicles to allow the guards time to remove the cones. Last night I have noticed many times the vehicles without stickers speed through the gates even though the humps were improved on recently. It is such a pity sight for these security guards who have little time to bend over to remove the cones and with near miss hit. Wish to remind that these guards have to leave their far away home to earn a living in foreign land for you to treat them so inhumanly. Please have a heart for all these guards, they are human too, just like you and me. Please slow your vehicles down!
alot of resident are either idiots or stupidful, they tend to drive so fast in this crowded resident area, I also notice some black guys driving very fast past my house and nearly knock into my car,

There are few vans park permanently in jln usj11/3q. There are lots car parking in the junction of usj11/3q and usj11/3m. If it is not belong to residence then it should move to else where. The trees and Vans create more hidden places for thieves, raper.
