These are the kind of inconsiderate residents that we are talking about! Selfish people who only think of themselves.
Taking their rubbish and dumping it in front of other people's house without even blinking an eye. We want to expose these culprits. Take a look at these pictures which were taken on August 30, 2009 around 2 pm, in front of 11/3H:
"Amah, quick help me carry lah and throw it on the grass!"
"Hurry up lah - someone could be watching lah!"
These pair of inconsiderate people (probably siblings or mother/son combination) were in a Proton Waja - WJJ XXXX (next time, we will not be so discrete).
If you know them, tell them they are being watched. And if that does not work, we will collect some of these rubbish and dump them in front of their house! That might send a strong message to them!

What goes around comes around. The right medicine could just be for someone to ( though troublesome as it may be ) to pick up the rubbish and plonk it right at their doorstep ). It that doesnt get through the thick heads, then it never will
