The Committee Members are planning to come around and visit you together with the street leaders tomorrow morning, to collect the money for the security services that will be implemented soon for our area. So, for those who have not yet make the payment, we hope you will help us by getting the it ready for us to collect it, when we come around to your houses tomorrow.
We will also be giving you a writeup on what to expect in relations to the launch of the security services in the coming weeks, as well as forms to fill up for your car stickers that comes with the security kit.
For your information, the official launch will be on 27 September 2008 and will be attended by officials from MPSJ, our district police chief and our ADUN, YB Hannah Yeoh. It will be an official event and all residents are invited to attend. Details will be available in our writeup.

Yeong here from USJ 11/3A.
Just a few questions about the form passed to us to fill -
1) The is space for 4 cars - does this mean each house have max 4 car sticker instead of the original 3 ? If not those who want 4 stickers will have to pay how much extra ?
2) Bike also need sticker ? Are bike sticker same design/size as car sticker ? I'm worried as bike sticker can just be peeled off and use by crooks to enter the housing estate - car has no problem as it will be stuck inside the car.
3) Will we need to write the registration no on the car/bike when we paste them to our car/bike ? If no need, would be better as when our friends come visit, we can lend them our sticker. Or if we change car, we can transfer the sticker to the new car.
4) The check is payable to who ? I mean what should we write as the payee of the check ?

Thank you for your comments and apologies for late reply. Please see the answers below:
1. For those who have subscribed, we wil be providing you with a security kit that comes with a plaque and stickers for 3 cars which are registered to your home address in USJ 11/3. Any extra stickers will require you to prove that these cars are also linked to your residence before we issue them.
2. We will be giving laminated pass with the bike numbers clearly written for bikers.
3. All stickers will be issued strictly to residents whose cars will be parked in the area. Visitors will have to go through security clearance. It will have your car registration number on it. Any abuse will be dealt with by the committee. If you change your car, you will have to return the old sticker for a fresh one to be issued. FYI, all stickers will be tracked with serial numbers to allow us to control it properly.
4. The cheque is payable to a special trustee account in the name of the Treasurer and Secretary (Khoo Boo Chin and Bakri Bin Sawir). Our registration of our Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/3 has been submitted and will be approved in a few months time. Once that is done, all the moneys in the account will be transferred to the new Persatuan Account.
